Gigi – Boho inspired Pendant – This Boho inspired pendant has been made using a CD.
The CD has been hand-cut and then painted by hand in layers, using pink and orange tones to create a 3D effect. It is a one of a kind piece, making it a unique work of art.
This pendant carries a deeper meaning. For me it is a symbol of renewal as I have turned something old into something that can be worn and used again. It not only supports sustainability by giving plastic a second purpose, but it also helps to reduced waste. I believe that wearing this pendant is not just about accessorizing, but about embracing creativity, your individuality and love for nature.
I find great joy in knowing that these once cherished CDs (for their music), now carry-on bringing happiness to the owner in a new way. Each piece is also a subtle reminder of natures magic. This little pendant is a small drop of beauty with a big story.
The pendant comes on a faux leather cord with is 50cm long (including the findings)
The lightweight pendant is 4cm long and 2.5cm wide (at its widest)
