REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

Our Commitment To Your Satisfaction

If the products you receive do not meet your complete satisfaction, please inform us within 5 working days by sending an email louise@handmadeinknysna.co.za

Kindly include your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will promptly initiate the process to address your concerns. 

Damaged Or Faulty Products

For any products that arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us at louise@handmadeinknysna.co.za within 5 days of receiving the item.

Provide us with your order number, along with detailed information about the defect or fault, and attach relevant photos. We will then  either a replacement or a refund.

Order Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched (excluding personalized and customized items already in production), please get in touch with us at louise@handmadeinknysna.co.za

We will process the cancellation and facilitate a refund for the affected item.

Appreciating Handmade Variations

All the products available on our site are handmade, and as a result, there might be subtle/slight differences from the displayed images. These variations are inherent to the craftsmanship and make each piece unique.
